The rent of 6000 kr/month includes household inventory, Wi-Fi, electricity, water and heating, as well as access to the common areas: garden, laundry room, sauna, gym and hobby room. The place is available and can be visited by agreement.

One-year contract with the possibility of renewal. No short leases. Ideal for students or researchers planning a longer stay in Uppsala and looking for a fresh, quiet place near town.
