I am looking for someone interested in taking over my student apartment at Campus Star in Spånga from July 2026. I have lived here while doing my Master’s at SSE, and I am now moving out for my second year abroad.

📍 The apartment is about 5 minutes from Spånga station, and from there it takes around 10 minutes to Odenplan, so it is very well connected to central Stockholm. I commuted daily to SSE without any issues.

🏠 The apartment is a 16 m² studio / 1 room and kitchen at Nekvägen 37, Spånga. It is very clean, comfortable, and feels spacious for one person.

☀️ It is on the 5th floor, which is the top floor, so it gets a lot of natural light and has a great open view. It also has a spacious balcony, which is one of the best parts of the apartment.

💰 The fixed rent is 7,131 SEK/month, including the mattress add-on. Heating, cold water, and broadband are included. Hot water and electricity are charged separately based on usage. Based on my recent invoices, these utilities have usually been around 430–535 SEK/month.

🛋️ I will leave the apartment fully furnished and equipped, so it is ready to move into without needing to buy furniture from scratch.

The apartment is rented through Studentbostäder i Norden, so it is intended for someone who meets their student housing requirements, meaning active studies at a university, higher education institution, or vocational higher education institution.
