Whilst we are away with our work for the coming year.

The apartment is located in Ribersborg, the best neighbourhood in Malmo with lots of cozy coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and public transportation near by.

It will take you 15 min to walk to the city centre, crossing the fabulous Slottsparken and enjoying its beauty!
10 min walk to the beach and the extraordinary Torning Torso.

The apartment is specious, super light and cozy.
A big llivingroom with a balcony, 2 bedrooms, office space, bathtub and a full equipped kitchen!
The apartment is ideal for a single person/ a couple or a young family (2 adults + 2 kids)

12 month lease, but there is a chance of extension for longer lease.
